*STAINED GLASS THEATRE JOPLIN -  The cast and crew of their last production, “I Remember Mama”, had finished their last show and were beginning to strike the set when the devastating tornado hit. The winds blew, the walls crumbled and when it passed, the building that housed Stained Glass Theatre Joplin was gone.  Three members have lost their lives and six others were seriously injured.

There are 53 members of the Stained Glass family who survived.  “We are heartbroken over our losses, but the God-given spirit of the Stained Glass Theater family is strong and we appreciate all the love, support, encouragement and especially the prayers that have been sent our way as we begin to look for the direction that God would have us move.”

The Stained Glass Theatre exists as an artistic ministry supporting the work of Christian church congregations in their efforts to utilize theatre in reaching the lost and strengthening the believer.
